Miletus Theatre, Turkey

Twenty-six centuries ago in Miletus, a Greek city on the coast of what is now Turkey. A man was born: Anaximander. He paved the way for physics, geography, meteorology, and biology. He was responsible to set the rethink of our worldview – a search for knowledge based on the rejection of any obvious-seeming “certainty”. From the book “The First Scientist:Anaximander and his Legacy” by Carlo Rovelli.
